1. Get images from camera, scanner etc with film 2. Open 3D machine, set temperaature 150°C, time 9 minutes 3. when reaches to needed temperature, put the phone case with sticking image by heat-resistant tapeto the certain phone case mold 4. Vaccum it and press timing to start sublimation 5. When sublimation ends,take out to pear off the film and cool it for some minutes Note: above is our test for your reference only, the time, temperature and pressure will change based on different case, please test before mass production for the sake. |
